Note: This workshop is a restructured and enhanced version of BLD Connection's Yard & Delivery Workshop with expanded content designed for leaders and decision-makers. While some concepts will be familiar to previous attendees, the emphasis is on leadership, systems, and operational improvement.

Registration Deadline: Register at least 21 days before the start date. Minimum attendance levels are required to ensure quality group interaction and to be sure the program is able to move forward as scheduled.


About the Instructor

Emily Overson is an accounting professional and founder of Emily Overson Consulting who has spent more than 20 years serving the lumber and building materials industry in management and finance roles. She understands the operational challenges facing independent dealers and is passionate about helping businesses implement practical solutions that strengthen their operations and profitability.
