BLD's Elevate Conference is a strategic spark for career evolution designed exclusively for women across the Lumber and Building Materials industry. It is not a generic leadership workshop. It is not a surface-level networking mixer. It is a focused, transformation-driven development experience tailored to deliver what women in LBM need to grow their confidence, sharpen their voice, and expand their influence, no matter their title or tenure.

This two‑ half days event, led by Dena Cordova Jack, goes beyond networking—it delivers real tools, real strategies, and real growth.
