Join us for the 3rd installment of our  Built to Lead Leadership Series...designed to equip and elevate women leaders across the LBM industry.

BLD’s Women in the Industry group was created to offer a relaxed, supportive place for women to learn from and encourage other women working at all levels of the LBM industry

Our February 12 Lunch & Learn program will focus on Navigating Conflict Like a Pro

This session will explore how to stay calm under pressure, use language that defuses tension without giving ground, and confidently address inappropriate comments disguised as jokes.

With 30-plus years in the LBM industry, holding leadership roles at Georgia-Pacific, Boise Cascade, Foxworth-Galbraith, and Kodiak Building Partners, Dena Cordova Jack has walked the walk. She’s seen the best and worst of corporate leadership and lived to tell the tale (with receipts). As the founder of Cordova Jack Consulting which focuses on organizational development, she's now the facilitating force behind BLD’s Women in LBM initiative. She’s helping women lead boldly, ditch perfectionism, and take their seat.
