About This Webinar
Environmental reporting requirements can vary significantly based on a facility’s operations, chemical use, waste generation, emissions, discharges, and environmental permits. This webinar provides an overview of common environmental reporting requirements and helps attendees understand how their facility’s activities can affect permitting and reporting obligations. Topics will include Tier II/CRTK/HMBP reports, TRI reporting, pollution prevention planning, TSCA Chemical Data Reporting, FIFRA, waste generation, air emissions, wastewater, stormwater, and PFAS. Attendees will also learn practical strategies for determining applicability, gathering and reviewing data, maintaining reporting information, and avoiding common reporting issues and pitfalls.
