To help our members connect with their LBM peers and discover the value of roundtables\, BLD Connection is offering an online roundtable learning series.  During these 90-minute private online meetings\, you have the chance to discuss today's business opportunities and the concerns you're facing with your colleagues\, all from the comfort of your office. The group meetings will start off with introductions\, to get to know your fellow group members\, followed by five meetings featuring a topic expert to provide insight and guidance on industry best practices for various aspects of your business.The Virtual Roundtable Series will start with an Introduction Meeting - October 29th\, followed by additional meetings on: December 3\; January 14\; February 18\; March 4 and April 8.On topics:Operational ExcellenceFinancial Excellence The 3 M's - Merchandising\, Marketing & Margins Addressing Workforce Challenges Leadership and Goal Setting In order to participate you must be a BLD Retail Member in good standing. BLD will be vetting each company to make sure the 2026 group best fits your company needs based on company size and other companies registering (must be non-competing companies). Companies will be allowed to have up to two team members participate in the roundtable meetings.
