With over two decades of hands-on experience in corporate HR and recruiting, Cheryl has dedicated her career to building strong, effective teams that help businesses thrive.
She brings a unique blend of industry expertise and a personalized approach to every client relationship. Her deep understanding of the complexities of recruiting in supply chain allows her to deliver tailored solutions that align with each client’s goals.
Cheryl founded Four Seasons Talent Partners to provide businesses with more than just candidates—she wanted to create meaningful partnerships that drive long-term success. Dena Cordova Jack
As a 30+ year veteran of the LBM industry, Dena has held various positions in her career, from trading commodities, purchasing and sales management for Georgia Pacific and Boise Cascade, to Regional Sales Director of the Mountain Region for Foxworth-Galbraith Lumber Company. Prior to coming onboard with the Misura Group, she held the position of Vice President of Organizational Development for Kodiak Building Partners, and prior to that, she served at the Executive Vice President for Mountain States Lumber Dealers Association. She also worked for several years with Blue Tarp Financial/Capital One as the National Corporate Sales Manager, which served to expand her knowledge of funding and financial challenges experienced within the LBM industry. While there, she built a communications platform to bridge the world of finance and banking to the world of LBM. She studied at the University of Northern Colorado and Kennedy University, and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management.
By intentionally building her career in all facets of the LBM industry, Dena has a unique perspective and advantage to understanding the many challenges that our industry faces in an ever-changing environment. She is a passionate advocate of building people and companies, as well as leadership development, mentoring, legislative advocacy, and service to community. Dena was the first woman president of Mountain States Lumber Dealers Association in 2009 and had the honour of being the first female director for Foxworth Galbraith Lumber Company in its then 112-year history. She has also held various board positions within the National Lumber Dealers Association in Washington, D.C., where she served as the Vice Chair and Chair for the MSC and served as the Chairman for the Federated Association Executives. She is currently the Vice President and Legislative Delegate for the MSLBMDA Board of Directors. She is the cofounder of Women of LBM, a trade group that teaches women in the industry leadership and advocacy skills. Dena resides with her wonderful family in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and is excited to write the next chapters of her career while continuing her contributions to the LBM industry that she has loves and has dedicated her career to.
