Association roundtable groups are made up of non-competing building material retailers who meet in a confidential environment to engage in constructive discussions about today’s business challenges and opportunities. Professional facilitators are brought in to offer guidance, metrics and the best practices being used throughout the industry. These facilitators help each company identify areas of strength (or weakness), set goals for improvements, and share opportunities for growth.
