BLD Connection’s Next Gen Networking Groups are dedicated to empowering the next generation of business leaders through education, development, and meaningful connections. In our group meetings, members can share insights on tackling challenges, explore effective leadership strategies, and discover ways to enhance business profitability. 

Attendees of the fall meeting will enjoy a behind-the-scenes tour of Pukall Lumber’s sawmill and lumberyards—offering a unique look into operations and sparking fresh ideas you can take back to your business. Following the tours, the group will gather for a casual networking happy hour.

Wednesday morning will feature a group roundtable discussion on the current business climate, operations, and management ideas.

Criteria for participating in the Next Gen Roundtable group:

• Retail Dealer Member of BLD Connection
• Newer or emerging business leader with less than 7-years in a leadership role
• Ability and willingness to actively participate in discussions
