BLD Connection’s Next Gen Networking Group focuses on the education, development and connections that matter for next generation business leaders. During this roundtable participants will share open dialogue about today’s business challenges and opportunities for growth and development. 

Criteria for participating in the Next Gen Roundtable group:

• Retail Dealer Member of BLD Connection
• Newer or emerging business leader with less than 7-years in a leadership role
• Ability and willingness to actively participate in discussions

This criteria was established to create a cohesive group that allows the next generation of leaders to freely discuss their perspective, examine solutions and build a community of valued colleagues they can use as a sounding board throughout the year and their career.
