BLD Connection’s Next Gen Networking Groups are dedicated to empowering the next generation of business leaders through education, development, and meaningful connections. In our group meetings, members can share insights on tackling challenges, explore effective leadership strategies, and discover ways to enhance business profitability. 

Attendees of the fall meeting will have the opportunity to get a behind-the-scenes look at Weather Shield Windows & Doors in Medford and Klingbeil Lumber. These tours can be an eye-opening experience, providing new ideas and insight into the LBM supply industry. After the tour on Tuesday, there will be group networking over drinks and dinner. Wednesday morning will feature a roundtable meeting with discussions on the current business climate, operations, and management ideas.

Next Gen Roundtable Participant criteria

• Retail Dealer Member of BLD Connection
• Newer or emerging business leader with less than 7-years in a leadership role
• Ability and willingness to actively participate in discussions
