Criteria for participating in the Next Gen Roundtable group:
- Retail Dealer or Associate (Supplier) Member of BLD Connection
- Newer or emerging business leader with less than 7 years in a leadership role
- Ability and willingness to actively participate in discussions
This criteria was established to create a cohesive group that allows the next generation of leaders to freely discuss their perspective, examine solutions and build a community of valued colleagues they can use as a sounding board throughout the year and their career.
An additional roundtable, open to all owners/managers, will be hosted on Tuesday morning as part of the BLD Connection Conference.
