Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) Update: What You Need to Know
The Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) continues to face legal and regulatory uncertainty. While the U.S. Supreme Court recently reinstated the law, a separate federal injunction is preventing FinCEN from enforcing its reporting requirements - for now. Meanwhile, the National Lumber and Building Material Dealers Association (NLBMDA) is actively advocating for a delay.
